Who sees it

Our team sees your order details to prepare and deliver it. We share your name, phone number and address with the courier so that they can reach you. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment slips

If you pay by bank transfer, the slip you upload is stored privately and is only opened by staff who confirm payments.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, accounting and returns.
