Returns and Refunds

If something is wrong

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. Keep the item and its packaging and tell us your order number.

Returns

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and personal care products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund once we have checked the item.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the bank account you give us, or as a replacement if you prefer. We aim to complete them within 14 days of approving the return.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order yourself while it is still waiting for confirmation. After that, please contact us.
